The gingiva exhibit signs of pathology redness, bleeding on gentle probing and increased probing pocket depths. Treatment consisted of gingivectomy in the upper jaw and subgingival scaling and root planning in the lower jaw. The right upper lateral and the left central had to be extracted due to un-treatable periodontal disease.
